The R2000 is an evolution of the AR15 platform for those who prefer high accuracy using AR parts in a compact rifle and is the ultimate platform for the 6.5 Grendel and 6mm Arc. The R2000 receiver has a major advantage over the AR15 for accuracy, the barrel mounting system is far more rigid and robust, resulting in a more consistent barrel position after each shot.

This complete rifle R2000 (Franklin Armory Exclusive) is built using a 16" Franklin Armory barrel, uses 5.56 caliber, and has a Bear Creek BCG. It also features a hand-finished walnut stock, and a 20-round magazine.

This rifle also includes Franklin Armory's BFSIII® AR-C1 Trigger. The Binary Firing System® GEN 3 (BFSIII®) is a 3-position AR-15 trigger. In position 3 it fires one round on pull and one round on release, making this trigger ideal for both tactical and competition use. The BFSIII® provides greatly reduced split times between rounds, allowing for tighter groups.
